With a diverse legal background, Philip focuses his practice on real estate permitting and transactions, Estate Planning and estate administration. His extensive hands-on experience includes appearances before various municipal and administrative boards and civil litigation in his practice areas.

Philip also actively exercises his passion for community preservation. He currently serves on the board of the the Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center and has volunteered as a member of the Essex Conservation Commission.
