Mark B. Glovsky

Mark represents buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition, land use planning and permitting. By leveraging his local knowledge, reputation, relationships and expertise, he is able to efficiently achieve positive results for his clients in the negotiation of agreements and the implementation of complex real estate projects.

As an agent for national title insurance companies, Mark’s practice includes reviewing title abstracts, resolving title issues, providing title insurance commitments, and issuing title insurance policies.

In addition to his professional practice, Mark is extensively involved in the North Shore community. He actively participates on non-profit boards, has served as Chairman of the Beverly Regional YMCA, the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and Montserrat College of Art, and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Haiti Projects, Inc. and the North Shore Jazz Project, Inc.
