As a part of Glovsky & Glovsky's Business and Corporate Law group, Bryan represents his clients' interests during all stages of the business life cycle. While at the firm, Bryan has drafted limited liability company operating agreements, private placement subscription agreements, shareholder buy-sell agreements, stock sale agreements, redemption agreements, equity incentive plans and associated stock option agreements. He has also worked on commercial lease agreements and the reorganization and consolidation of a complex family business.
