Brandon M. Ruggieri

Brandon engages in a general business law practice, advising closely-held businesses and their owners on a variety of issues including choice of entity, acquisitions, operational issues, exit strategies and succession planning.  His experience also extends to commercial real estate matters, particularly leasing and financing.  Brandon has also advised many clients on the protection of trademarks and other forms of intellectual property.  With an emphasis on service, he collaborates with his clients to assess their needs and implement focused legal solutions.

In addition to his work at the firm, Brandon also serves on the Boards of the Beverly Rotary Club, the Greater Beverly YMCA and the Beverly Council on Aging. He is also active in the North Shore United Way and the Dickinson College Alumni Association.
