Anne focuses her practice in real estate law, concentrating on commercial real estate transactions, zoning and land use. Her experience includes representing landlords and tenants during commercial leasing transactions, commercial and residential eviction actions, as well as legal issues relating to condominiums.

Anne also has significant experience counseling telecommunications clients with respect to site acquisition, leasing, municipal permitting and zoning throughout New England.

In addition to her work for the Firm, Anne serves on the Greater Beverly YMCA Youth Collaboration Board and is a member of the Beverly Main Streets 30 & Main Steering Committee.
